These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at discoveryloop.com (the "Site"), operated by Discovery Loop, Inc. ("Discovery Loop," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). 10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Discovery Loop regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
